Hello everyone,
It’s been quite some time since my last post! I took a “blog break” after creating all my eBooks that are on the shop section of this website. My mission is to help you eat and live better with the support of various meal plans, shopping and meal prep guides, eBooks about important nutrition topics such as dairy, gluten, fats,… To create a holistic library, I added eBooks about eating psychology, spirituality, sexuality, fitness, clean living and more. Take a look at the shop, you might find the eBook of your dreams.

Believe me, my “blog break” was no time off! I used this time to reflect and work on “fine tuning” my Happy Spoon project. I came to the conclusion that I need to help people who WANT to eat and live better (and use all my eBooks) but ARE STUCK in an unhealthy relationship to food. It was important to step back and realize that so many people have great healthy intentions, but emotions hijack the process. That’s why I came up with a brand new, 30-day online program to overcome emotional eating and/or overeating that I called Happy Spoon as well. Why would I change such a joyful name to describe the positive steps of the transformational journey you need to find food freedom! Get started now by watching the presentation video!

There are also two great things you can expect to happen. First, I’ll be kickstarting my blog posting to share healthy recipes and the latest news in the field of nutrition and eating psychology. Second, from now on, I’ll also be working most of the time on this online training, to pursue my dreams of helping as many people as I can to have happy, healthy relationships with food.

It saved my life, so it can save yours!
I feel proud and confident to say that Happy Spoon is the result of 30 years of research. You must be thinking, “What is she talking about? She’s only 44!” Yes, you’re right. But all of the steps of this program saved me from a very complicated relationship with food. There was a turning point in my life when I realized the importance of food. It happened when I understood what really mattered was healing my relationship with all aspects of eating. This program is my life’s work and it has revived, restored, and made me come alive again.

I know better than anyone else how debilitating it can feel to be stuck in an unhealthy cycle of emotional eating and overeating. I know all about the guilt, regrets, poor body image, poor self-esteem, and the voices of the inner critic… so how do you overcome all of this?

With my personal experiences of positive change, how can I stay silent and not take it upon myself to share the important knowledge with people like you who sincerely want to heal, but feel imprisoned in a relationship to food that drains energy and prevents from living life to the fullest?

During my studies at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, I’ll always remember Marc David’s words:

“How we do food is how we do life.”

It’s so true. An unhealthy relationship with food is an obstacle to a happy and balanced life. Hearing this statement was an “Aha!” moment in life that I hope you feel just as strongly as I did. That’s why I made it my mission to help as many people as I can take back their power over food and their life. And I love it!

I’ve tested the Happy Spoon method on many clients under my care and supervision. I’m so happy to report that they each talk about total l.i.f.e  t.r.a.n.s.f.o.r.m.a.t.i.o.n! Wonderful, this was the purpose!
