This decadent, rich and very healthy smoothie is a great Monday breakfast drink to ensure you get the brain food your body needs after a weekend of probably not so great food choices. Easy to make and jam packed with nutrients this simple smoothie can boost immune systems, control blood pressure, maintain healthy cholesterol and has quite a few beauty benefits as well, like brightening complexions, reducing wrinkles and dark spots. Drink up! Happy Monday

Prep Time 10 min
Servings 2

1 ripe avocado
2 kiwi fruits
2 Granny Smith organic apples
1/2 cup fresh spinach
Juice from 1 lime
1 cup filtered water
2-3 ice cubes, crushed (optional)

1. Wash the spinach with plenty of water and drain well.
2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut in cubes and add it in the blender.
3. Peel kiwi, apples, then cut in cubes.
4. Add the cubed fruit, lime juice, fresh spinach, water and crushed ice to blender and blend well until smooth.
